Mierzwa Paving uses Wix Payments and other third-party payment providers to process online payments securely. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for payments made through our website or other accepted payment methods.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if services are canceled thirty (30) days or more prior to the scheduled service start date.
To be eligible for a refund:

The cancellation request must be submitted in writing (email or other documented communication)

The request must be received at least 30 days before the scheduled service date
Requests that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Payments
Payments are non-refundable if services are canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled service date, regardless of reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

Customer scheduling conflicts

Project scope changes

Weather-related delays or rescheduling

Material availability or supplier delays
Deposits and payments applied to administrative costs, scheduling, equipment allocation, or material preparation are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Processing of Refunds (Wix Payments)
Approved refunds for payments made through Wix Payments will be processed back to the original payment method, in accordance with Wix Payments’ refund policies and timelines.

Transaction or processing fees charged by Wix or third-party payment processors may be non-refundable, as permitted by Wix Payments terms
Mierzwa Paving does not control the processing speed of refunds once they are submitted through Wix Payments.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling a project does not constitute a cancellation and does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless agreed to in writing by Mierzwa Paving.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Mierzwa Paving directly to resolve payment concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees and suspension of services.
Changes to This Refund Policy
Mierzwa Paving reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
